Cancellation and Late Policy

To ensure the best possible service and experience for all of our clients, we require a minimum 24 hour notice for changes or cancellations.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment may result in a payment of up to 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book with the salon.

*Please be considerate of our patrons and clients and arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may not receive the full service requested.
